DXC Technology, a global IT services provider, has partnered with Allianz PNB Life, a major life insurer in the Philippines, to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The collaboration has reduced policy issuance time from several days to just five minutes and accelerated the launch of new insurance products by 30%.
As part of the project, DXC integrated 12 systems within Allianz PNB Life over six months, implementing Assure Integral, a cloud-native policy management solution powered by AWS. The modernization effort has enhanced internal processes, strengthened data security, and improved the digital experience for customers.
Teh Kim Leng, Regional COO of Allianz Asia Pacific, noted that the project was completed on time and within budget, setting a record for a core system implementation at Allianz PNB Life. The insurer is already seeing increased service efficiency and faster policy contract issuance.
DXC manages over one billion policies globally and provides core insurance systems for 21 of the world’s top 25 insurers. The partnership with Allianz PNB Life highlights the role of cloud-based solutions in improving operational efficiency in the insurance sector.
